THOMAS GREADER

Thomas Greader is an Australian-British director, cinematographer and creative producer specialising in story-led behind-the-scenes, EPK and branded documentary content for film, television and the creative industries.

 

With a background in performance and directing, his work focuses on capturing the human moments that shape productions — the conversations, collaborations and creative decisions that happen between takes.

 

Alongside his production work, Thomas has held senior leadership and editorial roles across education and broadcast. He previously served as Deputy Head of Film, TV & Radio at RADA, helping shape industry-facing training for emerging creatives. He was also Senior Editor at SkillsOne Television, overseeing factual and skills-based programming, and Head of Production at SubTV, leading end-to-end production across digital and broadcast content.

 

Today, through Set Focus Films, Thomas brings together directing, shooting, editing and producing in a calm, production-aware way that integrates seamlessly into live sets.
